This is a true green smoothie with only a little sweetness from the apple and honey. Lemon helps balance the green taste, too. If you find the flavour too tart, add a bit more honey

1.Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

A grunty blender should have no trouble whizzing up something solid like an apple, but if your blender isn’t up to the task try using a juicer instead, and just use the apple juice.
