Method
1.Peel and roughly chop the oranges, lime and lemon.
2.Combine the citrus fruit with the baby spinach leaves, parsley, chia seeds, protein powder and water in a high-speed blender. Add ice if desired.
3.Blitz for a few seconds until smooth and serve for a fresh start to your day.
