Method

1.In a shallow dish, combine salmon and teriyaki. Marinate 30 minutes.
2.Preheat grill on high. Place salmon on foil-lined oven tray, discarding remaining marinade. Grill 5-6 minutes, turning once, until lightly caramelised.
3.To make dressing, in a small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
4.In a bowl, combine edamame, avocado, shoots and onion. Gently toss with dressing. Serve salmon with salad and lemon wedges.

You can buy edamame beans from Asian supermarkets, or replace with broad beans, peas or sugar snap peas.
