Ingredients

Method

1.Cook potatoes in a saucepan of boiling, salted water 15-20 minutes, until tender.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Fry chops 1-2 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate.
3.In same pan, saute mushroom and onion 3-4 minutes, until tender.
4.In a small jug, combine vinegar, mustard and sugar. Increase heat and add to mushroom mixture, stirring. Return chops to pan and cook 3-4 minutes.
5.Drain potatoes. Mash well. Gradually add milk, stirring to a smooth consistency Season to taste
6.Serve chops on a bed of mashed potato with mushroom sauce. Accompany with salad leaves.
