1.Combine beef, onion, garlic, spices and tabasco, if using, in a large bowl and mix well. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook beef mixture, stirring to break up any lumps, for 5 mins, until lightly browned. Add tomato and coriander. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 mins, until tender.
2.Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a pan on high. Cook capsicum for 5 mins, until tender. Heat burritos according to packet directions.
3.Serve burritos topped with salad greens, coriander, spicy beef mixture, capsicum and light sour cream, if using. Wrap up to enclose filling and eat with your hands.
