Method
1.Heat a small frying pan on low and toast spices for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until fragrant. Place in a shallow bowl with lemon juice and oil. Mix well.
2.Add chicken to spice mixture and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
3.Heat a barbecue grill on high. Cook drumettes 10 minutes, turning regularly. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Serve with tomato salsa or chutney.
