Method
1.To assemble each sword, thread bacon, a piece of zucchini and 2 tomatoes onto a skewer to make sword hilt. Thread a sausage onto skewer to make the blade.
2.Heat a large char-grill pan over moderately high heat. Spray skewers with oil; cook and turn for 10-15 minutes or until sausages are cooked and bacon is crisp. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Serve with sauce.
To prevent scorching, soak skewers in cold water for 20 minutes. Use a large frying pan instead of a char-grill pan; cooking time may vary.
