Method
1.Drop calamari into large saucepan of rapidly boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until calamari is tender, drain.
2.Combine juice and oil in medium glass or china bowl then add calamari. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (Can be made a day ahead to this stage.)
3.Add garlic and parsley to marinade and mix well. Let stand 2 hours or longer in marinade. Serve calamari in marinade
