1.Remove souvlaki seasoning from kit and place in a bowl with lamb. Toss well to combine. Set aside.
2.Place yoghurt in a bowl, add garlic paste from kit and mix with a fork until well combined. Season to taste and set aside.
3.Place parsley leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes and green onion in a medium bowl, season to taste and mix well to combine.
4.Heat a chargrill pan or non-stick frying pan on high heat and cook lamb for 3-5 minutes each side, until tender and browned. Remove and rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
5.Warm wraps from kit according to packet instructions, then spread each with garlic yoghurt. Top with parsley salad and lamb. Fold in one end and roll up tightly. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
