Method
1.Place chicken and oil in a bowl, season to taste and toss well to combine. Thread onto skewers.
2.Heat a chargrill pan or barbecue grill on high and cook skewers for 2-5 minutes each side, until browned.
3.Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl with 1 tablespoon water. Serve with chicken skewers and lemon wedges, if desired.
