Method
1.Cut meat into 3cm cubes. Mix with all other beef satay ingredients and marinate for two hours or preferably overnight in the fridge.
2.Thread meat onto metal skewers and brush with melted butter or olive oil.
3.Grill; turning the skewers frequently until brown and tender.
4.Alternately fry meat in butter or oil.
5.To make the sauce; mix all ingredients well, adding more water if a thinner sauce is desired.
6.Serve with salads and sauce below.
