Method
1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry beef, in 2 batches, for 2-3 minutes, until brown. Add soy sauce, sherry, chilli and oyster sauce; stirring.
2.Mix through noodles and choy sum. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve immediately topped with chilli.
You can also add a bag of frozen Chinese stir-fry vegetables.
