Method

1.In a small bowl, combine beef and sauce, stirring to coat; chill 10 minutes.
2.Place noodles in a bowl of hot water. Separate with a fork. Drain well; keep warm.
3.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry beef, in 2 batches, 2-3 minutes each batch, until well browned. Transfer to a plate.
4.Add onion and pak choy to wok; stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Return beef to wok with capsicum and chilli sauce. Reduce heat; stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Toss noodles through to serve.
