Method
1.In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook pasta until just tender; drain, reserving ¼ cup (60ml) cooking liquid. Rinse pasta under cold water, drain.
2.Meanwhile, drain tuna,reserving 2 tablespoons of the oil. In a medium frying pan, heat oil. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant.
3.Add undrained tomatoes, tuna and reserved cooking liquid to pan; simmer until liquid has reduced slightly. Combine pasta and sauce in large bowl.
Add baby capers and chopped basil the pasta sauce, if liked. Any type of spaghetti can be substituted, if liked. Serve pasta with lemon wedges and basil leaves, if liked.
