Pasta with rocket, fetta and roasted peppers
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions.
2.Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine sliced peppers, feta and oil, pine nuts, olives, rocket and green onions.
3.Drain pasta, add to rocket mixture and toss to combine. Season to taste. Serve.
This pasta dish can be served hot or cold as a salad.
