Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, spray a frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on medium heat. Add bacon and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, without browning, until fragrant.
3.Add cream and bring to the boil. Add pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle pasta with parmesan and serve immediately with salad.
