1.In a bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, onions and basil.
2.To make dressing, melt butter in a small frying pan on low. Cook garlic, ginger, curry paste and cayenne pepper, until softened. Whisk in cream and cook until thickened slightly. Stir in vinegar and chutney. Add to pasta mixture and season to taste. Toss well before serving.
Use a whole cooked chicken, cooled and skinned, if more convenient.
