Method
1.Cook penne in a saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain well and cool.
2.Combine penne, broccoli, ham, olives and celery in a large serving bowl. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl and season to taste. Stir through pasta salad. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
3.Serve salad topped with pimiento strips and sprinkled with chives.
If you can’t find pimientos, you can use roasted capsicum instead.
