1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Place capsicum and onion in a roasting pan. Spray with oil, toss to coat. Bake, 12-15 minutes, or until tender.
2.Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. While veggies are roasting combine flours in a medium bowl. Add milk, water and oil. Using hands, mix to form a smooth dough.
3.Divide dough in half. Roll out each half into a 24cm round and place on prepared trays.
4.Bake pizza bases, 5 minutes, or until light golden. Remove from oven. Top with pasta sauce, roast veggies, ham and chicken. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with olives and cheeses. Bake, 12-15 minutes, or until cheese melts and bases are golden.
