A delicious winter dessert that will impress the whole family. Scrumptious individual pear and rhubarb crumbles - try mixing chopped nuts with your crumble topping to add extra crunch.
.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 4 x 1-cup ramekins or a medium ovenproof dish.
.Combine pears and water in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer, covered, for 4-5 minutes until almost tender.
.Add rhubarb and sugar. Simmer, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until rhubarb is just tender. Drain excess liquid. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared ramekins.
.Meanwhile to make crumble, sift flour into medium bowl. Rub in butter using fingertips until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir butter, oats and cinnamon through. Sprinkle evenly over fruit in ramekins.
.Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve crumbles warm with cream or ice-cream.
