Method
1.Trace a 20cm circle onto two sheets of baking paper. Place sheets on two baking trays.
2.Lightly whisk egg whites, sugar and butter together. Stir in flour and cocoa powder until smooth. Mix in almonds. Cover and stand 20 minutes.
3.Preheat oven to 170°C. Spread mixture evenly onto each circle; bake 20-25 minutes, until golden and crisp. Cool on trays 5 minutes. Cut each into 12 wedges and cool completely.
