Method
1.Preheat grill to medium. Arrange split muffins on foil-lined tray and toast on both sides.
2.Remove 4 halves. Place 1 slice of cheese on each remaining half. Grill 1-2 minutes, until melted. Top each with ham and grill further 1-2 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Break eggs into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until set. Turn and cook for another minute.
4.Place 1 egg on each ham and cheese muffin base and top with muffin lid. Serve with your preferred sauce.
Cook eggs in rings to form a uniform shape for muffins. Serve with grilled or fried hash browns, if desired.
