1.Heat a char-grill or frying pan to medium.
2.Cook sausages 1 minute each side, until crisp and well marked; drain on paper towel.
3.Warm tortillas according to packet directions.
4.Divide chorizo, avocado, chutney, sour cream and lettuce among tortillas. Roll up and serve.
