Method
1.Heat a frying pan on medium. Cook salami slices for 1-2 minutes, until crisp. Drain on paper towel, then break into pieces. Set aside.
2.Cook agnolotti according to packet directions. Meanwhile, return frying pan to heat with sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium, until heated through.
3.Drain pasta well and add to sauce with oregano. Toss to combine and season to taste.
4.Serve topped with crisp salami and shaved parmesan.
