Quick and Easy May 27, 2013 Prawn cocktail with dill dressing Recipes+ Serves 6 Prep 30M Women's Weekly Food Previous Next Print Ingredients 1/2 cup egg mayonnaise 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill, plus extra sprigs, to serve 2 baby cos lettuce, trimmed, torn 2 small ripe avocadoes, cut into small wedges 1 medium mango, peeled, seed removed, thinly sliced 18 medium cooked king prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact 2 teaspoon drained baby capers Method 1.Combine mayonnaise, mustard, dill and 1 tablespoon cold water in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. 2.Divide lettuce, avocado and mango among serving glasses. Top with prawns and dressing. Sprinkle with capers and extra dill sprigs. Serve.
