1.Preheat oven to very hot, 220°C. Grease a large roasting pan.
2.Cook rice in a large saucepan of boiling water 8-10 minutes, until just tender. Drain; cover to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, cut wing tips from chicken, then cut wings in half through main joint.
4.Combine sauces in a large bowl. Add chicken; toss well to coat. Place chicken in a single layer in prepared pan; cook in oven 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and golden. Serve with rice.
