Method

1.Roll out base Preheat oven to 2300°C (2100°C fan). On clean, lightly floured surface roll out dough to fit 30cm pizza tray. Lightly spray tray with oil and place dough on tray.
2.Spread passata over base, leaving 1cm border around edge. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over base, then add prawns, chorizo and chilli flakes. Top with remaining cheese and drizzle with garlic oil.
3.Place pizza on top shelf of oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and prawns and base are cooked.
4.Top pizza with parsley. Serve immediately with extra chilli flakes on the side.
