1.Line an oven tray with baking paper. Arrange donut halves on tray. Spread the tops of 3 donut halves with milk chocolate and press on Maltesers. Spread another 3 with white chocolate and top with Maltesers. Set aside for 5 minutes for chocolate to firm.
2.In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream and caramel until it forms firm peaks. Stir in salt. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large fluted nozzle.
3.Arrange remaining donut halves on the baking tray. Pipe with cream, then top with chocolate tops. Serve immediately.
