Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
2.Arrange Lebanese bread on oven trays and spread evenly with passata. Sprinkle evenly with combined mozzarella and parmesan. Bake 4-5 minutes, until cheese melts.
3.Top pizzas with remaining ingredients, except basil.
4.Bake 5-7 minutes, until bases are crisp and cheese is lightly golden. Scatter with basil and cut into slices to serve.
You could make individual pizzas using small pita bread. Try using the wholemeal variety for added fibre.
