1.Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Beat together melted butter, sugars and egg. Add chocolate, then sift in flour and baking powder. Add LSA and mix to combine well. Place spoonfuls on the tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops start to turn golden. Remove from oven and leave for a few minutes before transferring to a rack to cool.
