1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease and line two oven trays with baking paper.
2.In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, golden syrup, egg and vanilla on medium for 3-4 minutes until light and creamy.
3.Sift flour and salt flakes together into mixture. Beat on low for 1 minute until combined, then stir chocolate and peanuts through.
4.Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and arrange on trays 2cm apart, pressing slightly to flatten. Bake for 15-20 minutes until biscuits are golden.
5.Leave to cool on trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
