Savoury date and feta tart

Salty, creamy feta and sweet dates combine wonderfully in this delicious tart recipe. Serve with handful of rocket and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a tasty, easy light dinner

1.Preheat oven to 190ºC and lightly spray a fluted tart tin.
2.Heat butter and sauté onion slices for 3-4 minutes, until softened and sweet.
3.Whisk eggs and cream, then season.
4.Line tart tin with the pastry sheets, trimming to fit. Arrange onion, feta and 6 of the dates evenly in the pastry shell, then pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle with rosemary and bake for 30-40 minutes until pastry is golden and filling is set.
5.Serve warm topped with extra feta and remaining dates. Sprinkle with rocket leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
