Sardine dip

This incredibly tasty dip goes well with crusty bread and crackers. Serve sprinkled with extra finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, if you like.

2 tablespoon lemon juice

few drops tabasco sauce

Method

1.Beat cream cheese, juice and sauce in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined.

Tabasco is the brand name of an extremely fiery sauce made from vinegar and red thai chillies. Use only as much as your heat tolerance can handle.
