Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°/350°F.
2.Trim all visible fat from pork. Heat oil in medium saucepan; cook pork until browned all over. Place pork on rack in baking dish.
3.Add liqueur and broth to same pan; bring to a boil. Pour into baking dish. Bake, covered, 20 minutes or until pork is tender. Remove pork from rack; keep warm.
4.Stir in combined blended cornstarch and water with juice into dish. Stir over heat until mixture boils and thickens; stir in rosemary. Serve pork with sauce.
