Potato gnocchi with Italian sausage and Parmesan

Method

1.Cook gnocchi according to packet directions, until tender. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, remove sausages from casings by trimming one end and squeezing out meat. Discard casings. Cut meat into 3cm pieces
3.Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan. Add onion and sausage meat. Cook, stirring for about 5 minutes, or until browned. Add paste and flour. Cook, stirring for 1 minute.
4.Stir in Campbell’s Real Stock – Chicken until combined. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and sausage is cooked through. Add gnocchi. Stir until hot.
5.Serve with grated Parmesan.
  • You can replace pork sausages with beef if preferred.
