Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic 1-2 minutes, or until tender. Set aside to cool.
3.In a bowl, combine pork, turkey, stuffing, caraway seeds and onion mixture.
4.Using hands, squeeze excess moisture from apple. Add to mince mixture with jelly and half the egg; season and mix well.
5.Place 1 pastry sheet on work bench; cut in half horizontally. Spoon one-fifth mince mixture along 1 long edge of each pastry piece. Brush pastry edges with egg and roll up tightly to enclose filling. Cut into 4 even pieces. Repeat with remaining pastry and mince mixture.
6.Place rolls, seam side down, on trays. Brush tops with remaining egg and sprinkle with seeds.
7.Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and puffed. Serve with tomato sauce.
