Pork and tortellini bolognaise
1.Heat a deep frying pan over high heat. Add mince, onion and garlic. Cook, stirring to break up lumps, 5 minutes, or until browned. Stir in pasta sauce, peas and 1 cup water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to moderate. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly.
2.Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add tortellini. Cook 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
3.Add tortellini to mince mixture; mix well. Season. Serve with salad.
Use dried pasta instead of tortellini, if preferred.
