Method
1.Cut six 2mm slices of pear close to, but not including, the core to get as large a slice as possible.
2.Top each with a piece of blue cheese. Sprinkle the cheese with walnuts and chives.
3.Bend the pear slices to contain the filling and skewer to hold in place.
4.Place on a serving platter and drizzle with a little extra-virgin olive oil and cracked pepper. Serve immediately.
