This decadent nutty chocolate, cranberry and cherry fudge recipe was made for sharing. Perfect as an after-dinner treat or for your next morning tea, this simple recipe is a cinch to create
1.Lightly grease and line a 22cm springform pan with baking paper.
2.In a medium saucepan, stir dark chocolate, condensed milk, chopped butter and dark rum on low heat for 5-6 minutes until mixture is melted and smooth.
3.Pour into pan. Sprinkle over cranberries, almonds, pistachios and cherries, pressing lightly.
4.Chill for 1 hour until firm. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Allow to set. Slice into wedges to serve. Store in the fridge.
You can use milk or white chocolate to make the fudge.
