Ingredients

Method

1.In a medium bowl, combine mince, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and spices. Season to taste.
2.Using wet hands, shape tablespoons of mixture into balls. Chill for 30 minutes, or until required.
3.Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.
4.In a large frying pan heat oil on medium. Cook meatballs in batches for 8-10 minutes, turning until browned all over and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
5.Serve meatballs with Yoghurt and Lemon Dipping Sauce.

Meatballs will firm on chilling, which helps to prevent them from breaking up during cooking.
