Method
1.Heat cream in a small saucepan on medium until simmering gently. Remove from heat and add chocolate, butter and liqueur. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Chill for 2 hours until firm.
2.Line a tray with baking paper. Using the palms of your hands, roll level tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Then roll in cocoa powder to coat. Transfer to tray. Chill until firm. Serve with coffee or tea.
Store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week. MAKES 15
