1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with oil and garlic; arrange on tray. Bake 10 minutes. Drain off any liquid.
3.ln a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and tomato; season to taste.
4.Spoon a little cheese mixture into each mushroom cup; sprinkle with oregano.
5.Return to oven 5-10 minutes, until tender and bubbly. Serve hot.
