Fudgy chocolate raspberry and almond brownies

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan with non-stick baking paper.
2.In a large bowl beat butter and NESTLÉ HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk until creamy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate. Fold in ground almonds and sifted flours.
3.Add in the raspberries and NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark BITS and fold in. Pour into the prepared pan and level the top. Bake 45 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
4.For white chocolate drizzle, place NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE White Melts into a small resealable plastic bag and microwave on Medium (50% power) in 30 second increments until melted. Snip the corner of the bag and use a zig zag motion to drizzle the cut pieces with melted chocolate melts.
  • If serving warm omit the white chocolate drizzle, and serve with cream or ice cream. Brownie freezes well, so is easy to whip out when visitors arrive and sturdy enough to tuck into the picnic basket.
