Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour, coconut and milk and beat until well combined. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls, then flatten into an egg shape. Decorate with M&M’s.
3.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Cool on trays for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Instead of using M&M’s, simply bake, ice with glace icing and sprinkle with 100s & 1000s.
