Method

1.In a large bowl, combine mince, cheese, onion, capsicum, beans, chilli and flakes. Season to taste.
2.Spoon pork mixture evenly down the centre of each tortilla. Fold in sides, then roll up to form a parcel.
3.Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan until a cube of bread sizzles straight away when added. Fry parcels 3-4 minutes each side, until lightly golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
4.Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
