Method

1.Preheat oven to very hot, 220°C.
2.Arrange fish fillets, tomatoes and capsicum in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with oil and season to taste.
3.To make the crust: In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over fish fillets.
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and crust is golden. Serve with rocket leaves and lime wedges.
