Method
1.Combine cranberry juice, Grand Marnier and lime juice in a large jug.
2.Cut lime rind into 5mm-wide strips. Hold a strip of lime rind over a champagne flute and tie into a knot to release essential oils. Place in glass. Repeat to make eight knotted lime strips.
3.Divide cranberry juice mixture between champagne flutes. Top with sparkling wine and serve immediately.
