Method
1.Line a 20 x 30cm slice pan and an oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a small saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter. Stir over a low heat 2-3 minutes, until mixture is smooth.
3.In a large bowl, combine rice bubbles and marshmallow mixture, stirring well. Spoon rice bubble mixture into pan. Press firmly into pan with a greased fork; chill 15-20 minutes, until firm.
4.Using a greased 8cm rabbit-shaped cutter, cut out shapes from slice. Place on tray; chill 5 minutes.
5.Dip each paddle pop stick into chocolate and push into base of each rabbit shape; chill to secure.
6.Dip each mini marshmallow into chocolate and position to form a rabbit tail. Allow to set.
