A delicious morsel of blue cheese and rocket wrapped in a lavash bread. Great entertainer.

Ingredients

Method

1.Lay 1 slice of lavash on a flat surface. Spread with blue cheese. Top with rocket and prosciutto. Cover with remaining piece of lavash. Cut in half.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook piadini for 3 minutes each side, pressing down to seal, until golden and crisp.
3.Drain on a paper towel. Cut into fingers and sprinkle with sea salt to serve.
