Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with foil.
2.Place each fish fillet on a square of baking paper, large enough to enclose fish when wrapped. Dot with butter and season well. Top with chives, a slice of lemon and 2 slices of tomato. Wrap each one up to form a parcel.
3.Place parcels on prepared tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
4.Meanwhile, place the noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes. Drain and place in a bowl. Toss green onion, lemon juice and sesame oil through.
5.Serve with fish, lemon wedges and a green salad.
